Bay Area Sailing School
A Catalina 350 with in mast furling has just joined our fleet.
She is a beautiful and comfortable yacht for as many as 8 people.
Her name is Therapy II, a perfect name.

Member Hours:

Weekdays:
Half Day is from 9 am till half hour before sunset. Full Day and weekdays half days are the same for members.

Weekend/Holidays:
Morning: 9 am - 1 pm

Afternoon: 1:30 pm till half hour before sunset

Full Day: 9 am till half hour before sunset.

Please note all boats are to be at dock 30 minutes before sunset which is as late 8:30 pm during the summer.


Hours for Rentals without Membership

Weekdays:
Half Day: 5 hours
Full Day:  9 am - 5 pm

Weekends/Holidays:
Mornings: 9 am - 1 pm
Afternoons: 1:30 - 6 pm*
Full Day: 9 am - 6 pm*

*6 pm or half hour before sunset, the earlier of the two.

Several boats have been added to our fleet recently




A Note regarding weather.  We have found over twenty six years of owning Sacketts that the weather forecasts from a local tv station such as Click2Houston.com will provide a more accurate forecast for our local weather than Weather.com or similar sites.  We have also found the government's Galveston Bay Marine Forecast for zip code 77565 to be more accurate than Weather.com.
Prices include sales tax, fuel, pumpouts. No other charges unless one has a Captain. Captains available for $30 per hour with 4 hour minimum.

Join Bay Area Sailing Association for $75 initial fee Monthly autocharge fees of $25 per month for 12 months starting on the 20th of the month.
Save on charter fees and get longer hours on the water.
