From Houston and Points North and West: Take I-45 south (about 25 mi. from downtown) to Exit 23 (FM-518) at League City. Turn left (East) on FM-518. After about 5 mi from I-45, FM-518 veers to the right. Do not veer right. Continue straight ahead onto FM-2094 for a couple more miles. Look for the Watergate Yachting Center sign on the left (north). Turn left on Admiralty Way into Watergate. At road end, turn right and follow road around marina to Pier 22.

From Beaumont and East on I-10: Take the Mt. Bellview exit, Hwy-146 south through La Porte and Seabrook (~25 mi.). After crossing the Clear Creek bridge between Seabrook and Kemah, turn right on FM-2094 (second light after the bridge). Take FM-2094 (Marina Bay Drive) west for about 2 miles and look for the Watergate Yachting Center sign. Turn right (north) on Admiralty Way into Watergate. At road end, turn right and follow road around marina to Pier 22.

Alternative: Take Hwy 146 north about 20 mi.from I-45 at LaMarque to FM-2094 in Kemah. Turn left (west) on FM-2094 about 2 mi. Look for the Watergate sign on the right (north) side of the road.

Airports: Commercial Air service is available to Hobby Airport (about 25 mi. northwest via I-45 and College Ave.) or George Bush Airport (Houston Intercontenental, about 60 mi. northwest via I-45 through Houston and "Beltway 8"). Rental automobiles are readily available at both locations. Connecting "commuter" flights from G. Bush Airport to Ellington Field (about 15 mi. NW via I-45) may be convienient for those being met, but this is a "bare bones" terminal with few services. The closest general aviation FBO is at Houston Gulf Airport in League City (about 5 mi. SW of the marina.).
